At Michigan Lighthouse and GetOdd, we enjoy our work, have fun, and want no less than your ultimate satisfaction and enjoyment of whatever you order from us.

We strive to bring you the very best products to bring a smile and a laugh, to reduce stress and create a great atmosphere. There are, regretfully, times when even the best products and intentions don't live up to expectations or for one reason or another are not "correct". Because of this, we offer a very good return policy on our goods.

Return your order within 90 days for a full refund if you are not happy-- for any reason-- or no reason at all!

We will refund your original purchase price and "standard" shipping/handling charges that were billed to you on the original shipment. Sorry, but even though we REALLY want you to be happy doing business with us, if you made us run after the FedEx guy with your expedited package the "premium" charges for expedited shipping will not be refunded. Regardless, this is at least $6.00 better per order than most other businesses.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually entered into our system within 24 hours of our receiving your order. We will send a confirming email when we enter the order into the system. Yes, the process does involve some human intervention! When we enter the order we will then send you an email with an estimate as to when you should expect delivery of your order.
Please be aware that for all the products on the Michigan Lighthouse & Nautical Decor Store website there is about a 2-4 day processing time between our entering the order into the system and the order being shipped out. Once the order is entered, there is no turning back until you receive the goods.

PLEASE ALLOW TWO WEEKS FOR DELIVERY
Delivery is affected by the day of the week you order, the physical location where the order is to be delivered, holidays, etc. Most orders reach recipients within a 7 - 14 day window, some quicker, some slower.

If you absolutely need the item right away, please choose our expedited shipping method.  Expedited orders travel to you via air and generally arrive within 4-6 days of your order.  Sorry, we cannot guarantee overnight delivery, even for expedited shipments.

If you live in an area of the US outside of the "lower 48 states", we will ship your order via the expedited mode, and bill you accordingly.

In the event there is a backorder on an item you ordered, we will notify you via email within 48 hours of your order and provide you with the anticipated shipping date for your order and give you the option of canceling your order at that time. If an order is split due to a backorder, any shipping/handling charges only apply to the first shipment.

From time to time we all take a break for a few days and go fishing. When we do this, there will be notification on the site.
