Any products ordered from us are fully backed by a 90 day guarantee
of satisfaction. For whatever reason (or no reason at all), if you
wish to return your purchase for refund, exchange, or credit (at your
option) just do so within the first 90 days that you have the
item. We will refund your original shipping/handling charge for
"standard US surface" shipping in addition to
the items cost.
BestAngelGifts.com is part of the GetOdd Company. GetOdd
operates a group of gift and novelty websites from facilities near

policies. Although we strive to only provide the best products, we cannot
extend our guarantee to items sold by others. On pages featuring items

will appear as a reminder that the sales policies of the selling entity
will pertain to orders purchased from these separate companies. The items

convenience to our site visitors.

We abide by the law of "do unto others as you would have them do
unto you" and hence, we do NOT divulge any of your purchase
information with any other party. By ordering or corresponding with
us you do NOT get put on any junk mail lists. At the most, you may
receive an email "holiday greetings/thanks" annually, or a
notification of a special sale not more than once per quarter year.
The sole reason we ask for particular information is to allow us to
properly process your order, and provide a means for us to contact you
should a question arise during processing.
We are in the business of selling Angel related gifts and NOT trying to
further any religious beliefs. You will never receive any solicitations
(email, printed matter, phone calls, etc..), bible tracts, or other items
of a religious nature with (or because of) your order from us unless they
are an integral part of what you ordered.
We respect your privileged right to practice your own faith, if any,
without harassment, as you see fit.
Ordering:
Our ordering system uses a secure server to assure you of a safe and
theft free transaction. Once you enter the checkout page, all your data
is encrypted (scrambled) and not decrypted until it safely reaches our
computer system.
When you order, you will immediately receive an emailed receipt of
your order. You will receive another email from us when your order has
entered the processing stage (yes, it goes through humans at one point)
and a delivery estimate will be provided at that point. Most orders are
processed within 48 hours, but delivery often can take up to two
weeks.
Please allow 14 days from the time you order for your
product to arrive.
